Create curb appeal by changing roof line, install rock veneer on exterior of home, and tear out existing landscape. Redesign all landscaping and install all new hardscape, plants and custom wrought iron work. Convert garage into family room, add new garage, additional bedroom and pool to create a perfect place to call home for a growing family.

Interior renovation included all new custom built-in cabinetry throughout, fireplace surrounds, additional architectural detail in entry and dining room, new built-in bar, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, professionally selected finishes, furnishings, color scheme and custom upholstery.
